  1. INQUIRE & CUSTOM PROPOSAL

Send us a message through our inquiry form — we can’t wait to hear about your event! We’ll check our availability and get back to you with a custom proposal within 48 hours. While you wait, it’s a good idea to check with your venue about outside vendor policies and trailer placement requirements. We’ll provide all the bar specs and sizing info you need right here on the site.

Based on what you tell us, we’ll craft a personalized brochure just for your event. Got questions? We’re always happy to chat by phone and help you nail down all the details.

2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT

Ready to lock it in? Review your proposal, select your package and any fun add-ons, then submit your choices. We’ll send you a contract and an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit — all easy and secure online. Your remaining balance is due one month before your event.

3. CONSULTATION & CUSTOM SHOPPING LIST

Before the big day, we’ll connect to finalize your drink menu. We’ll send you a custom shopping list based on your guest count and preferences, with brand recommendations and quantities to help you shop smart. You purchase the alcohol, and we’re happy to pick it up if needed (prepaid).

4. EVENT DAY – LET’S POUR!

We arrive early to set up, chill drinks, and prep the bar space. Just drop off your alcohol a couple hours ahead, and we’ll take care of the rest. Then, it’s time to raise a glass and enjoy!

5. WRAP-UP & GOOD VIBES

After the party, we pack up everything and help you take home any leftover unopened bottles. If you loved the experience, leaving us a review means the world!
