Hi, I’m Lauren Hatfield-Day—the iced-coffee-fueled, flower-loving, cocktail-slinging mama behind the trailer. Blossom & Brews isn’t just a mobile bar and flower cart—it’s a dream built on love, laughter, and a whole lotta hustle.

My goal? To create something that doesn’t just serve drinks and hand out pretty petals, but something that pours joy and opportunity into the lives of my friends and family. I want Blossom & Brews to be a place where we can make memories, earn some tips, build side hustles, and feel that heck yes kind of happiness.

I’m a proud mom, dog mama, and someone who truly believes success is sweetest when it's shared. Watching the people I love grow and thrive through something I built—that’s my version of success. And if we can have a few laughs (and maybe a margarita or two) along the way? Even better.
